H-1B Visa Stamp Not Required for Canadians

If you are a Canadian citizen, you will not require an H-1B visa stamp in your passport in order to enter the US from abroad. Therefore, you only need the H-1B Approval Notice (Form I-797) and passport (which also serves as proof of citizenship) to enter the US.
